Common questions
Is Chessbrix Pro a subscription?
No. Chessbrix Pro is a single purchase. You pay once and keep access, nothing renews, and there is no recurring charge. It will not appear under Subscriptions in your Apple or Google account, because it is not one, so there is nothing to cancel.
Pro unlocks every chapter, lesson and rated puzzle plus the analysis board, and new endgame content added later is included at no extra cost.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through the store that billed you.
- Google Play: request a refund from Google in the Play Store, or email support@chessbrix.com and we will point you the right way.
- Apple App Store: Apple handles all refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Since Chessbrix has no separate account system, your purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account. Install the app, sign in to the App Store or Play Store with the same account you originally bought with, and open the app. Your purchase is usually recognized automatically. If it is not, tap Settings → Restore Purchases in the app: on a device that has never synced with the store under that account, this is what fetches the purchase, and it is the fix for a Pro unlock that looks missing.
How do I report a bug?
The fastest way is the Contact Support button inside the app's settings screen. It opens an email pre-filled with diagnostic details, like app version and device model, so we can reproduce the problem faster. You can also email support@chessbrix.com directly with a description of what happened and, if possible, which lesson or puzzle you were on.
